When you apply to drive or work with us, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, street address, city, ZIP code, phone number, email address, driver’s license and vehicle information (for driver applicants), work eligibility and availability information, background-check acknowledgements, and how you heard about us. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to review and process your application; to contact you about your application by phone, email, or text message (SMS) if you have consented; to schedule screenings and interviews; to meet school district, broker, and regulatory requirements; and to operate and improve our services.

If you check the consent box on our application forms, GoKart may send you text messages about your application, including confirmations, next steps, scheduling, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help or contact info@gokarttransport.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or engagement.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone contact information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party.

How We Share Information

We share applicant information only as needed to operate our business: with school districts and transportation brokers as required for driver and monitor qualification and compliance; with service providers that perform background checks, drug screening, or communications on our behalf; and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
